I have tried this room a few times and got shot down each and everytime. I tried to book the king size lakefront room on Expedia.com. The denial said it was because Ramada said it was a high floor lakefront room while Expedia said a lakefront room somewhere between floors 1 to 12.

I also got shot down using venere. The denial said the room descriptions on venere was vague and the BRG staff could not determine which room I would get with venere.

So after 5 tries, and getting shot down by 5 BRG staff members, I finally decided it was a no go for me. Maybe others have better luck than me.

Same thing for me. This one doesn't work. They told me that they can't verify which "2 Queen Bed Room" i am getting. Biggest line of crap ever, but there's nothing we can do about it.

Doesn't work.

Sorry about this, folks. My understanding from Frank was that there was some degree of success here, but I guess not.
