This Travelodge is one of our favorites! - We love it! It's nothing more than a truck stop motel and is definitely not for most! It's just off I-40, so commuters who require nothing more than a place to sleep might find this one useful. To check in and get your room key, you must register at the adjacent gas station mini-mart! You'd probably be better off not bringing the family!

This hotel is located in the town of Evanston, right in the southwest corner of the state on the Utah border. Salt Lake City is just one hour to the west on Interstate 80. This is a good base for exploring southern Wyoming attractions such as Flaming Gorge NRA, or even as a pit stop en route to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, just three hours north of here.

BRG Department Closed due to Inclement Weather

I was sitting in Washington Dulles International a few hours ago, and a news story caught my eye: BLIZZARD ACROSS THE DAKOTAS.

I knew what this likely meant - the BRG department is closed (and we've confirmed this - they're not working today).

Now, of course, any good company will honor the claims submitted on today 3/31 as per their guarantee - so don't sweat it. Just, don't expect any replies today.

Consider the blizzard penance for their cancelling the BRG program. Works for me. :D

Special Comments: This hotel is located just two miles from SFO Airport, in downtown San Bruno. It's located right on El Camino Real, with plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. The Rib Shack is a local favorite, which I highly recommend. This is an indoor corridor hotel, and a continental breakfast is served daily. Tripadvisor reviews are quite scary, but I have come not to expect much from ANY Wyndham hotel in the greater San Francisco area.
